God wants to use each of us to make a difference in the lives of others. Through our Dream Team, we aim to connect every person with an opportunity to use their gifts and talents to serve others in the church and the community.

Administrative Support

This team serves as administrative support for Growth Track as well as for special projects within the ministry.

Audio Department

This awesome team is responsible for all sound production needs for services and events.

Music Department

Calling all singers and musicians! Here is a wonderful outlet for you to use your gifts to make a difference! Auditions required.

Video Department

This team is responsible for the videography and photography of our worship experiences and special events. This includes camera operation, lighting, & ProPresenter operation.

Worship Arts

This team uses their gifts to glorify God in our services and special events through drama, dance, visual art, and more. Some team members serve on-stage and others behind-the-scenes to present the Gospel in new and creative ways.

Comforters Ministry

This is a loving team that assists families after the passing of their loved ones. They assist in coordination, caring for and ministering to the needs of families at home-going services.

Prayer Ministry

This team covers our services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. The team prays for others’ needs, our leadership & staff, the congregation, prayer requests, special events, and more.

Facilities Department

This team works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in every area of our church.

Ushers

This friendly team of men and women welcomes guests and provides world-class assistance with seating, facilitating offering and communion, and maintaining a distraction-free environment.

Impact Kids

This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in our children’s lives through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games, and more. A background check will be conducted.
● Nursery: Infants – Up to 3 ½ Yrs
● Preschool: 3 ½ Yrs – 5yrs
● Elementary: Potty-trained Kindergartners – 5th Grade

Parking Lot Ministry

This fun and enjoyable team serves with a smile and is truly the first impression of Impact Church! If you relish the great outdoors, look good in a uniform, and enjoy telling people where to go, this is the team for you!

Special Services

This team cares for members and guests who are DEAF or have a disability, making sure they feel welcome and can participate in every service and event as a part of the Impact family  

Small Group Leadership

We believe that real-life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a Small Group Leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts, and live out the Great Commission. Leaders have the opportunity to plan and lead a weekly 60-90 minute small group for a minimum of one semester. There are three semesters per year: January – May, June – July, and September – December. Leading for more than one semester is optional.

Impact Students

Impact Students is dedicated to youth in middle school, high school, and beyond. A mandatory background check will be conducted. 

Water Baptism Support

This amazing team has the privilege of assisting those who want to declare their love for Jesus publicly!

First Response

This team assists with any medical issues that may arise during services or special events. Must have a first-responder or medical background.

Legacy Team

Members of this team have the gift of giving and use it to help fulfill the vision of Impact Church. Through strategic financial offerings above their tithe, they support projects impacting our city, state, nation, and world.

Security Team

The team is responsible for assisting with the overall safety and security of the ministry. Preferred background in security or law enforcement.

Events

This energetic and creative team provides behind-the-scenes support for major church-wide events from planning and setup to event coordination.
